These are less wait compared to the concrete roof which makes it easy for installation. Insulated Panels are of two types: Corrugated Sandwich Panel for Roofing Purpose and Flat Sandwich Panel for Wall and Partition Purpose. Composite Panels are used in the construction of warehouses, farms, villas, shopping mall, school, labour camp, prefab houses, portable cabin, container making, cold rooms and other structures.
Sandwich Panel Consists of three layers which are the top layer of GI or Aluminium sheet, middle layer consists of insulation mainly polyurethane (PUR), polyisocyanurate(PIR) and Rockwool, a bottom layer of GI, Aluminium sheet or Aluminium Foil paper. Insulation thickness varies from 30mm to 200 mm depending on the sandwich panel type and sheet thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 0.9mm.
